Yard Is Taking Shape

I mentioned yesterday that I would share a picture of the seating and lighting around the fire pit with all of you today.

We have room for seating all the way around the fire pit which will be wonderful when we have company. Those top blocks can be taken off so everyone has access to the heat.

Harvey also managed to finish repainting the very long planter he made for me a number of years ago. I plan on using it for my herbs this year..... Unless Harvey buys or makes me a raised bed to stick in one corner of the garden.

Thought I would also share a picture of the lighting in the perennial bed.

I do love having lighting in the back yard. It seems to deter unwanted visitors.
